Website Wishlist – Cath Kidston……….

Dear Designers’ Sunday afternoon surf brings you her five absolute favourite things from Cath Kidston.

For days when the domestic goddess wins out……….

Well, it’s not just the jug I want…its the whole caboodle.  Plates…bowls…cups…

Because they go so well with the dotty china…

Because even domestic goddesses drink wine…

A classic with the Cath Kidston touch…

To fall into after all that baking!!

Moodboard – Bedroom Indulgence……….

Pure self-indulgence from Dear Designer.

While the BF drills, saws, nails, and hammers in the bedroom next door…she creates moodboards………

Thinking…soft… feminine… a touch of glamour… but not overly “pretty”.

Can’t remember if I told him its going to be pink!

Credits: Wallpaper from Harlequin, desk lamp from John Lewis, shutters from Wooden Blinds Direct, pendent light from Sweetpea and Willow, Moroccan wedding blanket from Moroccan Maryam.

Celebrity Snoop – Donna Karan……….

Exactly as Dear Designer would imagine Donna Karan’s apartment to be…tasteful, restrained and predominately black and white……….

House Tour – City Penthouse……….

Dear Designer has yet another fantasy.  To live high above the crowds in a spacious, light filled box.  With uninterrupted views of the city below and access to unlimited light.  To have space to ride a bicycle if she likes… to have vast white walls on which to hang art… a gallery to survey her kingdom, and a minimalist kitchen that is just heaven to clean.  Oh, and a terrace to sit on at the end of the day with a gin and tonic.

This one ticks all the boxes nicely……….
